Secret Chest on Hollow Bastion, Waterway:

Go to the first area of waterway, nearby the save point.

Once you see the water baloon, cast blizzard on it, and it turns into an Ice Cube.

Now you can use it as a platform, to go up and get the chest

*There is a green flower nearby the save point, which you can use it to start the time trial.

☺To be easier, you can just fly over the platforms without using the vines.
