I decided to make my own pve guide, for my favourite class and 2nd spec, Elemental Shaman, Patch 5.4.

My ilvl: 550.
Single target
Target: Raider's Training Dummy

With no bloodlust, nor ascendance or flasks/food or buffs.

With bloodlust and ascendance and without flasks/food or buffs.
